About Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas is a compassionate, client-centered therapist with five years of clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Heather earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England in 2019. Much of her clinical experience has been in the VA system, where she worked with clients facing complex mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She later transitioned into private practice to offer more individualized, flexible care to provide mental health therapy.
